Totalcare prides itself on providing exceptional customer service. We are always available to help you. However, we have some general terms and conditions that we uphold. If you have any questions, contact us and we will answer them as soon as possible.


General Conditions
All prices quoted are in Euro (€) and exclude VAT of currently 23%. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm any order containing equipment/ furniture/ training or any customised/ special orders.
Please allow for a 4-6 week lead time on equipment from Canada and 2-4 week lead time on equipment from Europe.

Training School & Postgraduate Training Terms

All training and open days take place in our Academie in Nenagh. On-site training for larger groups of therapists can be arranged. All training deposits must be paid upon booking of the course and be paid in full at least 7 days prior to training. All deposits are non-refundable.
Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrolment less than 7 business days before the class, and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrolment, will be billed for 50% of the full tuition fee.
Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrolment less than 5 business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrolment will be billed 100% of the full tuition fee.
Those who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100% of the full tuition fee. A credit card may be required as a deposit.

Delivery Terms
Delivery is organised by Fastway Couriers. Totalcare accepts no liability for damaged/delayed goods.
By ordering through us you are accepting Fastway Ltd terms & conditions. Delivery is currently charged at €5.95 ex.VAT and subject to change. Delivery charges for larger items of equipment and furniture will be quoted when ordering. Any damaged or missing goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Claims after this elapsed period will not be considered.

Faulty Items
Faulty items will be replaced provided the goods are in their original condition and have not been tampered with once initially reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment Terms
Payment should be made in full when an order is placed. Credit, Debit and Laser card orders are accepted at no extra charge. Internet Banking is preferred and bank details will be released upon request. Please note that orders will not be dispatched prior to payment under any circumstances.
Our Prices are subject to change.


Totalcare will do its best to repair machines and have them back to the salon owner within a few days. However, we have limited spare parts and we collaborate with the equipment manufacturers to try to diagnose any defective parts. We have to order in some parts to do specific repairs which will lead to a time delay. We will when available, rent out a machine during the delay (or ask for just a security deposit if within warranty). We accept no liability for loss of time, clients or revenue during the delay process.
